Carson Stear is a financial advisor dedicated to helping individuals make informed, confident decisions about their financial futures. He earned his degree in Financial Management and Investment from the University of Arkansas in 2025 and began his career as a financial analyst, where he built a strong foundation in financial analysis and disciplined decision-making.

Now in the early stages of his advisory career, Carson is focused on continuing to expand his knowledge, grow his practice, and develop long-term relationships with clients. He has a particular interest in working with educators and is passionate about retirement planning, investment strategies, and navigating benefit-related decisions.

Outside of the office, Carson enjoys staying active through sports and fitness.
