As Rodney Tracer and Dan Paschke celebrate their first year with Victory Financial Group, their journey is nothing short of remarkable. Reflecting on their accomplishments in a recent interview with our Chairman, Jeff Davidson, both advisors have seen impressive growth, thanks to the independence and flexibility our firm provides.

Dan made a significant leap from Equitable, where his focus on annuities and life insurance was limited by payout structures and carrier options. Since joining Victory Financial Group as an independent advisor, Dan's Assets Under Management (AUM) have doubled, and his revenue has skyrocketed - his Gross Dealer Concessions (GDC) increased by over 90%! “I now have more say and control over my business,” Dan shares, grateful for the freedom the independent advisor model offers and the improved client service he can provide.

Rodney’s transition to Victory Financial Group has been equally transformative. Since leaving Equitable Advisors and moving to an independent advisor, his GDC has soared by 120% year-to-date, with AUM doubling as well. “I've always felt like a business owner, but now, without the roadblocks, my business is even more valuable, Rodney says. He credits Victory Financial Group for their streamlined approach which simplifies operations and improves client experiences.

Both Rodney and Dan emphasized how their new structure has improved their client interactions and overall business management. Both advisors rave about the enhanced partnerships with vendors like Schwab and FIG, which have provided invaluable support. With fewer barriers and greater flexibility, Rodney and Dan have been able to focus on what matters most—serving their clients and scaling their businesses.

Looking ahead, Rodney and Dan are excited about the future and the continued growth they anticipate. Their success story is a testament to the power of Victory Financial’s innovative approach and the opportunities available within the independent financial landscape. Victory Financial Group’s commitment to providing cutting-edge support and technology has played a crucial role in their success, and they are eager to continue contributing to the firm’s achievements in the coming years.
