Rodney Tracer and Dan Paschke are celebrating a transformative year since joining Victory Financial Group as independent advisors, where they’ve found newfound freedom and control over their businesses. Since joining, both have doubled their Assets Under Management (AUM) and seen significant increases in revenue, with Gross Dealer Concessions (GDC) up around 100% for both.

It's been a fast start in 2025! Since our last newsletter, we've onboarded our largest firm to date, wrapped up our first SEC Exam, launched a new technology platform, issued our first profit-sharing checks, and closed the gap on reaching $1B by our 2 year anniversary in May of this year.

We launched Victory Financial in May 2023, and it has been an incredible 18 months! We’ve gone from three founding advisors with $150M of AUM to 26 in multiple states with close to $700M and are projecting to hit $1B by our two-year anniversary in May next year.
